Bartenders - The international

The International is seeking experienced bartenders to join our CBD team. We operate at high volume and high standards — delivering polished service, strong product knowledge, and a professional bar presence across multiple venues.

This role suits bartenders who are confident in a busy service environment, enjoy guest interaction, and take pride in consistency, efficiency, and team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced bar environment
• Strong working knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Understanding of responsible service obligations (current RSA required)
• A team-first mindset with a willingness to learn and improve

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Delivering consistent, high-quality drinks to spec
• Maintaining section cleanliness and stock levels
• Supporting service flow between bar and floor teams
• Contributing to a positive, respectful team culture
• Upholding venue standards and guest experience at all times
