We’re seeking a polished, hands-on Head of FOH Service to lead the service standards and guest experience across all levels of Shell House!

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our venue leadership team to deliver seamless service and exceptional customer experience across this iconic, multi-level venue.

This is a rare opportunity to oversee and elevate FOH delivery across Level 9, the Dining Room & Clocktower Bar, Menzies Bar & Bistro, and Sky Bar, ensuring exceptional, consistent service at every touchpoint.

About the role

  • Support the GM and Venue Management team in delivering consistent, high-quality service
  • Oversee FOH operations across multiple outlets and service styles
  • Lead by example on the floor, ensuring smooth service and strong guest engagement
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, events, and reservations teams
  • Assist with training, coaching and developing FOH teams
  • Drive service standards, presentation, and team culture

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in restaurant or multi-venue management
  • A strong all-rounder with skills across bar, restaurant service, and guest experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A genuine team-focused leader who builds strong, engaged teams
  • Sound knowledge of wine and the Sydney dining scene is highly regarded
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Full Australian working rights
