We’re on the hunt for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Hotel Canobolas in the heart of Orange. Whether you’re a strong Demi Chef ready to step up or an experienced CDP looking for a fresh, supportive environment — we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

  • Run your section during prep and service
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes
  • Maintain clean, organised workstations
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Valid Australian working rights required
