We’re on the hunt for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Hotel Canobolas in the heart of Orange. Whether you’re a strong Demi Chef ready to step up or an experienced CDP looking for a fresh, supportive environment — we’d love to hear from you.

About the role
- Run your section during prep and service
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef
- Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes
- Maintain clean, organised workstations
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Valid Australian working rights required
