Hotel Harry’s is seeking an experienced and passionate Hotel Accommodation Supervisor to join our vibrant team in the heart of Surry Hills.

Located just a short walk from Hyde Park and Sydney’s CBD, Hotel Harry’s offers boutique accommodation above our popular, newly renovated pub. With 19 rooms across two levels, we provide guests with a distinctive and memorable stay that blends the character of a classic Sydney venue with modern, comfortable accommodation.

Following recent room renovations, we’ve expanded our range of room styles and sizes—so you’ll be working with fresh, contemporary spaces while preserving the boutique charm that makes Harry’s special.

The Role

As Accommodation Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our boutique hotel. This role is predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work required.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing warm, professional customer service that creates memorable guest stays
  • Managing efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Coordinating and overseeing housekeeping operations to maintain high standards
  • Conducting detailed room inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation
  • Ensuring bookings are verified and rooms are allocated correctly
  • Managing and adjusting pricing in line with demand and established procedures
  • Working closely with third-party booking platforms and accommodation partners
  • Identifying opportunities to improve guest service and operational efficiency

About You

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in hotel or accommodation reception
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A friendly, professional approach to guest interactions
  • Great attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience in boutique or small-scale hotel accommodation (highly regarded)
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
