About this Role

This is a hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Manager role responsible for delivering marketing activity across The Point’s venues. A role where you can bring your strong creative sensibility and brand mindset to the execution of multi-venue marketing activity.

This role is trusted to execute beautifully and protect brand integrity across all touchpoints.

While this role does not own overall marketing strategy, it plays a critical role in:

  • Contributing ideas, concepts and insights into strategy development
  • Developing effective, on-brand marketing assets across digital, print, and in-venue channels.
  • Translating agreed strategies into well-executed, on-brand campaigns
  • Managing the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across multiple venues

You’ll be the person who turns plans into action - managing timelines, assets, channels and details to ensure campaigns land on time and hit the mark.

About You

This role suits an experienced Marketing Manager who enjoys doing, delivering, refining and optimising.

As a highly organised, detailed minded individual you will bring;

  • Proven experience in a hands-on marketing role, preferably in hospitality
  • Strong execution and project management skills
  • Good channel fluency across websites, EDM/CRM and in-venue collateral
  • Ability to brief and manage media, PR and creative partners
  • Confidence managing multiple venues and deadlines in fast paced environment
  • Experience in tracking key metrics and reporting on spend and performance
  • A genuine interest in hospitality, events & guest experience
