- 2+ years in similar position
- Good wine knowledge
- Fine dining / Hatted restaurant experience
- Dedication to customer experience
- True passionate about excellent service and creating a well rounded guest experience
- Team player with great leadership skills
- Happy to train and improve skills of our team
- Previous experience in rostering and managing wage costs
- Warm, friendly and professional approach to both guests and colleagues
