Ready to step into a great marketing contract and make an immediate impact?

The Point is a growing hospitality group with a portfolio spanning pubs, bars and restaurants - from iconic Sydney venues to regional favourites. Our brands are diverse, personality-led and experience-driven.

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager (contract) who can hit the ground running, bring ideas to life and execute high-quality marketing activity across multiple venues.

This is not a strategy-only role - it’s for someone who loves doing, delivering and making things happen.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, execution-focused contract position - you’ll take the lead on delivering marketing campaigns, communications and content across The Point’s venues.

Helping to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and with impact.

Key responsibilities include:

· Delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple venues

· Writing and developing press releases, EDMs, website and social content

· Managing day-to-day marketing activity and timelines

· Creating and briefing digital, print and in-venue assets

· Coordinating with external agencies, media and creative partners

· Supporting PR, communications and brand storytelling

· Monitoring campaign performance and optimising where needed

About You

You’re a marketing all-rounder who thrives in a fast-moving environment and had experience in jumping into a contract position and making impact.

You’re equally comfortable writing a press release, launching a campaign or jumping into Meta Ads Manager.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

· Proven experience in a hands-on marketing role (hospitality highly regarded)

· Strong copywriting and communication skills (press, PR or content experience a big plus)

· Solid understanding of digital channels (Meta, Google Ads, EDM/CRM, websites)

· Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities

· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

· Ability to quickly understand brands and execute with consistency

Why Join The Point?

· Work across a portfolio of iconic hospitality venues

· Immediate impact and ownership from day one

· Collaborative, people-first culture

· Opportunity for the role to transition to full-time for the right candidate

· Staff perks including discounts across all venues!

Please note: We are only accepting applicants that can commence within 1 week and have full working rights for Australia.
