The Grill at The International in Martin Place, Sydney, is a celebration of world-class produce, live-fire cooking, exceptional service, and refined big-city dining. We’re looking for an ambitious Sous Chef who thrives in a high-performance kitchen, leads from the front, and is ready to take the next step toward Head Chef level leadership.

About You:

You are an experienced Sous Chef, who has successfully worked alongside a Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen delivery and etiquette. You understand the standards, discipline, and attention to detail required at this level, and how to bring out the best in your team.

This role is perfect for a Sous Chef ready to prove they are capable of leading a top-tier kitchen.
