Cocktail Bartender - The International

What We're Looking For

The International is seeking experienced cocktail bartenders to join our CBD team. We operate at high volume and high standards - delivering polished, friendly service and a professional bar presence across multiple venues.

You will have the following:

• At least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced bar environment
• Strong working knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and beer
• A genuine passion for wine and provenance
• The ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure
• Professional presentation and clear, confident communication skills
• A solid understanding of responsible service obligations - current RSA is required
• A team-first mindset with an openness to learning and continuous improvement
• Highly organised with excellent attention to personal presentation

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Delivering consistent, high-quality drinks to spec & customer satisfaction
• Maintaining section cleanliness and managing stock levels effectively
• Supporting smooth service flow between bar and floor teams
• Contributing to a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture
• Upholding venue standards and ensuring an outstanding guest experience at all times
• Demonstrating sound knowledge of the back bar
