We are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly who want to start their career with a caring, supportive, and progressive company.

Our client, a well-established Aged Care organisation, is seeking new team members (trainees) to join their Aged Care team.

No experience or qualification is required.

You will be training on the job, in Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021). If successful, you will be assisting the elderly in a residential aged care setting with their daily lifestyle and activities.

We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in new residents and the growth of the industry.

This role is a part-time contract, for 15 hours a week, and you will have the ability to work up to 35 hours a week.

You will be offered a set 24-month contract for the traineeship. Once qualified, within 12 - 15 months, you can be moved to a qualified role.

You will be partnered with a workplace buddy/mentor who will work with you to train you on the job, and support and guide you. You will also receive support from the Facility Leadership Team, Learning and Development Team, Registered Training Organisation, and Ternary throughout your full traineeship.

  • Must have valid working rights in Australia already and reside in Australia
  • To access State Funding (for the training) must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen
  • Have regular availability, to work AM shift 7:00am to 3:00pm, PM 3:00pm to 10:00pm, and to attend training 9:00am to 4:30pm
