  • Are you looking for a regular role with regular clients?
  • Do you hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care, and want shifts with regular clients?
  • If you don't have experience, we can offer you on-the-job training
  • Part-time position, minimum 15 hours a week, and work up to 30+ hours a week
  • Shifts are available Monday to Friday and on weekends
  • Hours for shifts start from 7:00am to 10:00pm (you choose your hours/days)
  • Excellent incentives and working conditions
  • The hourly rate starts from $26.45 per hour (part-time)

Our client, a well-established home and community care organisation is seeking new team members to join their local team in the local region.

No experience is required, as long as you are qualified. If successful, you will be assisting those who are aged in the community and, in their homes, with their daily lifestyle and activities.

We are expanding this team, to deal with the increase in new clients requiring services, with the expansion of community services

We are recruiting for part-time Support Worker roles, you will be offered a minimum of 15 hours (guaranteed) but can work up to 35 hours a week.

Whilst you start your career as a Disability Support Worker, you can complete socialisation and domestic tasks, and as you progress you will receive training in additional services, such as personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting), respite, catheter care, and much more!

What we are seeking:

  • Willingness to learn and work
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check (we will get this for you)
  • Have a current VIC driver's licence
  • Have a reliable, registered vehicle, with insurance; and
  • Have regular availability

Shifts are available Monday to Friday.

You will be visiting (aged care clients) in their homes and supporting them with services, which may include:

  • Domestic Assistance
  • Shopping
  • Meal Preparation
  • Transportation
  • To & from Medical Appointments
  • Personal Care
  • Grooming
  • Social Activities
  • Respite
  • We are seeking people living within the local area
  • Willingness to learn
