Our female client is seeking those experienced in high care, assisting with all aspects of personal care, with previous experience with behaviours, mental health concerns, and activities of daily living, who have clear communication skills and patience.
Shifts we need to be covered:
Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 9:00pm (not 12-hour shifts, shifts available within this timeframe)
Client requires someone with patience, great communication skills, and reliability. Building a relationship with this client and allowing them to feel comfortable is essential.
We are seeking Home Care Workers to care for our client in the Berwick area.
Hourly rate starting at $35+ per hour (casual), increasing with experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / HACC / Aged Care / Disability or equivalent
- MUST have a current Victorian driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
- MUST have a clear National Police Check, within the last 2 years.
- MUST have an NDIS Workers Check
- Consistent availability (same days/times every week or fortnight)
- Have a current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Smart mobile phone
- Computer literacy and the ability to access emails
- We are only seeking candidates who reside within a 20-minute drive of the area.
- Clear English speaking
- Experience in bowel care or willing to be trained and complete bowel care
- Experienced in hoist transfers or willing to be trained.
