Telstra Health is proud to work collaboratively with the Australian Government and specialist partners for the delivery of 1800RESPECT from 1 July 2022, as the national front door for people experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, domestic, family and sexual violence (DFSV) and workplace sexual harassment (WSH). Our purpose is to provide an accessible, high quality, clinically informed and evidence-based service that meets the diverse needs and complex considerations of individuals seeking support. 

Working with stakeholders across the business and third parties, this role is charged with revising the structure of our training program for those counsellors joining the service, coordinating and delivering training; ensuring every counsellor has a positive experience through the training process. This is a maximum term opportunity until 30 June 2027. We are considerations applicants across Australia.

Major accountabilities:

  • Facilitatate training sessions and elearning modules
  • Update and enhance training materials which may be done in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders
  • Train and upskill internal team members
  • Plan and schedule training services
  • Analyse and review training identifying areas for continuous improvement 

About you:

  • Strong demonstrated experience in Instructional Design consulting
  • Demonstrated experience in developing elearning modules
  • Exposure to Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence and health industry preferred
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills including the ability to present effectively
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners and team members
  • Self-motivated with a high level of energy
