About the role:
While based in a ‘Product and Solution’ team, this role will be an integral part of the business development pursuit and bid teams, providing subject matter expertise, partner capabilities and technical knowledge about select products and solutions, and the adoption and use by our customers. The key objective of this role is to support and enable the business development team to present Hospitals & Connected Health’s products and solutions to new and existing clients by:
- Providing application demonstrations in pursuit or presales, working closely with Sales team
- Providing product application specialist advice to the product development, sales, marketing teams
- Ensuring the availability and quality of a fit-for-purpose product demonstration
- Ensuring there is an up-to-date and professional product catalogue
- Working with Product Manager and other Business Unit members to have highly engaged partner relationships
- Participating in the development of presales and marketing engagement content production
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in an application specialist or similar role
- Highly developed understanding of the business of healthcare and strategic selling model
- Experience working with software products
- Digital health and implementation experience
- Relevant Bachelor degree
