This role is responsible for driving growth and customer retention within a defined portfolio of key accounts within the Public Hospital sector. You will work collaboratively with Business Development Executives to progress new opportunities you have identified across the account portfolio, building opportunity funnels, achieving target growth and maintaining a high level of customer retention within the assigned portfolio of accounts.

We are looking for candidates across Victoria and South Australia locations.

The key accountabilities of this role are:

  • Developing and executing an account and sales plan to drive revenue growth within the assigned portfolio of accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executive decision-makers within assigned accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts, as well as expanding the customer relationship to other areas of the organisation
  • Developing a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and drivers, and using this knowledge to position company solutions and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure customer success and drive customer retention
  • Tracking and reporting on key metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and customer retention
  • Leading the generation of specific deal proposals and progress through the sales funnel to contract execution

Experience required:

  • A proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to large public hospital enterprise healthcare customers, developing and execute a sales strategy to meet growth targets
  • Experience in managing senior executive relationships within the healthcare sector
  • A strong understanding of the sales process, as well as excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • 10+ years in healthcare ecosystem
