Service Desk Coordinator - Melbourne based

What’s the opportunity?

This role will provide professional support to all Telstra Health internal customer requirements for Level 1 and 2 end-user system support issues, queries and faults. You will be the subject matter expert and provide first line leadership for your team. This role will be based in our Melbourne office and will require you to be onsite.

Major accountabilities include:

  • Primary support for On/Off Site, Phone, Portal and Email support to customers for Level 1 and 2 end-user system support issues, queries and faults.
  • Secondary support for all On/Off Site, Phone, Portal and Email support to customers for Level 1 and 2 end-user system support issues, queries and faults for any other Telstra Health System
  • Document incidents, triage its severity levels, and escalation when necessary
  • Follow up with users, provide feedback and resolve problems and incidents to resolution
  • Face-to-face support for Telstra Health staff
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service to callers, by providing them with appropriate support response and friendly communication in keeping with the Telstra Health ethos
  • Please note this role will require NV1.

About you:

You will work well in a team environment, collaborating well with colleagues and customers. Your ‘can-do’ attitude and attention to detail and accuracy will see you go far. Naturally you will have outstanding customer service skills and previous experience Some experience leading a Service Desk Squad.

Your experience in a telephone-based support environment or call logging system and interest in Technology will be highly regarded.
