TBWA - Senior Integrated Producer

We are looking for a senior integrated producer to join our agency and deliver top quality campaign work for some of our biggest clients. You will need to have at least 6-8 years’ agency experience in all areas of production, specifically large brand integrated productions, content production, stills, OOH & basic digital knowledge. 


 We are looking for a can-do attitude and a positive approach to all manner of briefs. You’ll be part of a dynamic team of producers who love a challenge. You will also be tasked with managing various members of the team, so management experience is a bonus.

You will be working across all brands and channels. We believe in the power of ideas, design and communication to create well-crafted brand experiences across all platforms.

Required knowledge / Skill set 

  • Experience and knowledge in large brand tv and content video production, relationships and knowledge around Australian and International production companies would be ideal.
  • A good knowledge of print & photography ranging from small to large campaigns –manage the print & art buying production process in an innovative and profitable manner to deliver on time, on budget.
  • Management skills in leading and mentoring other team members
  • Basic or advanced digital production knowledge
  • Advertising/marketing communications agency experience required
  • A strong appreciation of the creative culture of the agency
  • Excellent client facing and third party/supplier management skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects across the above disciplines at any one time
  • Problem-solving capacity, identifying causes and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Thorough knowledge of standard office software applications including Keynote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & BCC systems.
  • Constantly look for ways to enhance/craft ideas and collaborate with relevant project team members (Creative and Account Service) to get the best possible outcome.

Job Functions

  • Keep abreast of trends and innovation in the advertising industry. Particularly in video production
  • Ensure work is of excellent quality and reflects the creative output.
  • Prioritise workload to ensure demands are met and managed.
  • Proactively provide sample and production input to creative teams that will enhance the idea.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with relevant account management and creative teams, ensuring effective communication and management of team’s expectations.
  • Work with account teams to understand the clients brand and produce appropriate and innovative solutions that will support the delivery of the agency’s brand.

Financial Management

  • Demonstrate competitive cross quoting with external suppliers. Maintaining the highest quality and cost efficiencies.
  • Maintain tight control of project budgets and deadlines and communicate issues immediately to the team.
  • Manage all administration (estimates, job specs) and attend all project meetings as required.
  • Ensure financial administration is of a high standard and dealt with on time.
