The purpose of this role is to create and deliver a positive experience for any person that comes into contact with TBWA. You will be supporting our Talent & HR team across administration, end-end recruitment, and curating talent pools for all passive and active talent across the ANZ market.
This is a role for someone motivated and hardworking with a passion for establishing and maintaining relationships. You will have a genuine interested in marketing & advertising and are looking to kick start your career in Talent Acquisition.

The day-to-day duties that make up the core function of your role are as follows:
Ensure awareness of the TBWA brand, create and foster a positive candidate experience
Manage our Applicant Tracking system by building a pipeline of talent for the future, not just for now but three years’ time
Support the Talent Acquisition Manager & HR Lead – post job adverts, diary management, scheduling interviews, managing candidate comms, onboarding, updating of system information, sourcing passive & active talent
Manage the onboarding process and first day inductions
Required skills & experience:
At least 1 year working in a recruitment role – agency or internal
Highly motivated, creative, and excellent interpersonal skills
A genuine passion and interest in marketing/advertising/public relations
Strong time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and high attention to detail
