TBWA - Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to create and deliver a positive experience for any person that comes into contact with TBWA. You will be supporting our Talent & HR team across administration, end-end recruitment, and curating talent pools for all passive and active talent across the ANZ market. 

This is a role for someone motivated and hardworking with a passion for establishing and maintaining relationships. You will have a genuine interested in marketing & advertising and are looking to kick start your career in Talent Acquisition.

We want to create culturally connected employees that drive business change and we can do this by concentrating on the experience people have when connecting with you, our Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

 The outcome of doing this correctly will:

  • Help us achieve greater productivity and outperform our competitors;
  • Improve manager capability to drive team performance;
  • Help us attract and retain key talent, savings on recruitment costs; and
  • Develop a workforce that adapts and performs during change. 

The day-to-day duties that make up the core function of your role are as follows:

  • Ensure awareness of the TBWA brand, create and foster a positive candidate experience
  • Manage our Applicant Tracking system by building a pipeline of talent for the future, not just for now but three years’ time
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager & HR Lead – post job adverts, diary management, scheduling interviews, managing candidate comms, onboarding, updating of system information, sourcing passive & active talent
  • Manage the onboarding process and first day inductions

 Required skills & experience:

  • At least 1 year working in a recruitment role – agency or internal
  • Highly motivated, creative, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion and interest in marketing/advertising/public relations
  • Strong time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and high attention to detail
