About the Role: 

We’re looking for a Senior Art Director who brings exceptional craft, original thinking, and a collaborative spirit to our award-winning creative team. This role requires not just visual excellence, but a strong strategic mind and the confidence to push creative boundaries. 

You’ll work alongside a Copywriter partner and cross-disciplinary teams to develop campaigns that are bold, effective, and disruptive in the truest TBWA sense. 

THE TASK AT HAND  

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute exceptional creative ideas across multiple platforms (TV, digital, social, experiential, print, OOH) 
  • Lead the art direction and visual storytelling from concept through to final execution 
  • Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Designers, Creative Directors, Strategists, and Producers 
  • Present concepts and campaigns internally and to clients with clarity, confidence, and passion 
  • Mentor and inspire junior creatives, providing guidance and feedback 
  • Stay current with trends in design, advertising, and popular culture, infusing fresh thinking into the work 
  • Champion TBWA’s Disruption® philosophy and help uncover new creative white space for brands 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO TBWA  

You  

  • 6+ years of relevant agency experience with a strong, award-winning portfolio 
  • Proven ability to develop and execute ideas that are visually striking, strategically sound, and culturally relevant 
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and design principles 
  • Experience working across integrated campaigns and digital-first executions 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities 
  • A fearless creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
