We are looking for a highly driven Social Creative Lead to join our team in Sydney. You will lead the creation of our content output and provide the creative and editorial firepower to help transform brilliant creative platforms into engaging content that drives Disruption and unlock growth for our clients. 

The Role 

Reporting into our Chief Creative Officer, you’ll be responsible for the TBWA Group’s creative output across social and digital content. Partnering with our social team’s lead strategist and business directors, you’ll help to shape and spearhead the Group’s social and content offering to clients and ensure the quality control of every content asset published across paid and owned.

Our social team works across TBWA’s group of agencies, meaning you’ll get to apply your craft across a broad range of clients (B2C and B2B), business problems and social media platforms. You’ll be hands-on, comfortable working as fast as the medium, get just as excited over always-on as social campaigns, and excel at creating content that operates to the hero, hub, hygiene model. 

Skills and Experience Required to Apply: 

  • Content specialist with extensive branded editorial and social experience.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in an agency, publisher or editorial environment.
  • You are socially and digitally savvy, you will be able to realise your ideas in any channel depending on the brief, idea and end goal/objective.
  • Ability to execute the entire content production/copywriting process: researching, interviewing, messaging, writing, and editing.
  • Expert knowledge of social media marketing and the relationships between owned, earned and paid.
  • Oversee and contribute to the development of social toolkits to standardise and operationalise always-on social.
  • Proven flair for content/social ideas and creating agenda-setting content.
  • Excellent presenting skills and comfortable presenting in front of senior clients.
