Head of Workflow and Resourcing, TBWA

Reporting to

Director of Production and Creative Services

 The Head of Workflow and Resourcing TBWA plays a key role in implementing and operating agency process and platforms that define, track and resource against the workflows.

To achieve this objective, you will be supported by the broader Agency / Collective, including but not limited to the COO, Head of Tech, the OMC-IT team and HR.

  1. Core requirements of this role are:establishing and evolving the appropriate cadence of key meetings.
  2. Maintenance of our workflows across; pricing, resourcing and timelines communicated to clients.
  3. Developing a strong working relationship with the creative lead of TBWA   
  4. Collaboration with the resource and workflow lead for +61
  5. Embracing and evolving our:
  •  cloud environments (e.g. SharePoint and Lucid Links).
  • templates (e.g. creative briefs)
  • guides on our Workflow and resource practices (POLLY and POLLY +61) and platforms (eg: Monday.com).


  • Managing the flow of briefs - including campaign planning and delivery
  • Collaboration with department heads to ensure appropriate prioritisation of incoming projectsEnsuring efficient and smooth delivery of integrated campaigns while maintaining consistently high creative standards.
  • Monitoring briefs across the group and partner to ensure we have the right resources against ongoing client requirements
  • Working with the leadership team on process, workflow and delivery



  • Proven experience in a resourcing or traffic role, including creative resourcing and workflow of all projects through the agency.  
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at any one time  
  • A solutions focussed approach and a demonstrated ability to apply technology to automate processes delivering efficiencies.   


  • Thorough knowledge of standard office software applications including Keynote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, google Docs & BCC systems.   


  • An innovative thinker - open to changing traditional methods of workflow 
  • Calm, detail obsessed and can-do attitude and a positive approach to all manner of briefs 
  • A strong appreciation of the creative culture of the agency   
  • Will possess an ongoing appreciation of our clients' objectives, and their service and quality expectations.
