Operations Coordinator (12-Month Contract) | Tapestry ANZ | Coach and Kate Spade

Bring your operational know‑how and customer experience passion to the world of premium multi‑brand retail. We’re looking for a highly organised, solutions‑focused coordinator to be the vital link between head office, store teams, customer care, and key partners — keeping our stores compliant, connected, and ready to delight.

This is a 12-month contract role based in our Sydney office. As the Retail Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in:

  • Supporting day‑to‑day store operations across multiple luxury brands
  • Partnering with store and customer care teams to resolve service issues quickly and protect brand reputation
  • Monitoring compliance, safety, and loss prevention requirements
  • Coordinating communications, tools, and training rollouts for retail teams
  • Liaising with warehouse, contractors, and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 2–3 years of retail operations, store management, or customer care experience (multi‑brand or luxury ideal)
  • Is detail‑driven but thrives in a fast‑moving, customer‑focused environment
  • Communicates clearly, works collaboratively, and solves problems proactively
  • Brings energy, organisation, and pride to every task — no matter how big or small
  • Has advanced systems experience, especially with Excel and Microsoft tools
