Primary Purpose:

As the Customer & Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for creating the strategy, leading the execution and developing smarter ways to connect with our customers through data, segmentation and personalisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a roadmap for lifecycle communications across email and SMS.
  • Analyze customer behaviour, transactions and preferences.
  • Work with Marketing analytics and eCommerce teams to build CRM reports.
  • Build customer segments based on value, behaviour and lifecycle stage.
  • Use segments to test and launch more relevant campaigns.
  • Support the briefing process and guide messaging based on audience and goals.
  • Partner with business teams, Retail and Ecommerce, to support in-store Clientelling, align campaigns with site behaviour or perform customer reactivation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills – comfortable with performance data and testing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related disciplines
  • 3 - 5 years specialist CRM experience, or strong AI experience 
  • Experience building customer segments and personalization strategies.
  • Clear, practical communication style with marketing and technical teams alike.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel or AI tools.
