Primary Purpose:
As the Customer & Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for creating the strategy, leading the execution and developing smarter ways to connect with our customers through data, segmentation and personalisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a roadmap for lifecycle communications across email and SMS.
- Analyze customer behaviour, transactions and preferences.
- Work with Marketing analytics and eCommerce teams to build CRM reports.
- Build customer segments based on value, behaviour and lifecycle stage.
- Use segments to test and launch more relevant campaigns.
- Support the briefing process and guide messaging based on audience and goals.
- Partner with business teams, Retail and Ecommerce, to support in-store Clientelling, align campaigns with site behaviour or perform customer reactivation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills – comfortable with performance data and testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related disciplines
- 3 - 5 years specialist CRM experience, or strong AI experience
- Experience building customer segments and personalization strategies.
- Clear, practical communication style with marketing and technical teams alike.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel or AI tools.
