Primary Focus:
Reporting to the Ecommerce & Digital Manager Tapestry ANZ, the CRM Coordinator will be responsible for delivering personalised, timely and brand alignment communications that drive customer loyalty and business growth across Coach and Kate Spade in ANZ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively with the ecommerce, digital, and marketing team to ensure our content is delivering value and engaging with our database.
- Coordinate and execute daily, weekly, and seasonal email and SMS campaigns across both brands.
- Brief creative and copy with clear, brand-aligned requirements.
- Monitor and report on key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, opt-outs).
- Regularly track competitor email and SMS activity in terms of new product releases, offers, and incentives.
- Support post-campaign analysis and contribute to monthly performance reviews.
- Work closely with eCommerce, Retail, Creative, and Analytics teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Business or related disciplines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being flexible in approach to meet the requirements of the business.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional CRM experience with a proven track record of effectively driving strong customer engagement
- Knowledge of online retail, digital marketing and CRM best practices.
