The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Allocations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory allocation strategies to ensure optimal product distribution across stores and channels. You will play a key part in maximizing sales, minimizing stock-outs, and supporting overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute allocation strategies to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
• Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to make data-driven allocation decisions.
• Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, and Store Operations teams to align on assortment and replenishment needs.
• Analyze store performance and recommend adjustments to allocation plans.
• Cross-functional partnership and decision making to prioritize stores/products with on-time delivery for monthly newness launch, marketing events and new store openings.
• Prepare and maintain allocation reports to track inventory flow and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in allocation, planning, or inventory management (retail experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
