About the Role

The Retail Operations Specialist will play a key part to oversee supplier performance, vendor SLAs, logistics flows, and service exceptions across the ANZ retail network. You will be responsible to ensure operational consistency through strong analytical oversight and effective incident management, maintaining store readiness and service continuity. Working closely with stores, the Retail Operations Manager, and cross‑functional teams, this position supports accurate, timely, and efficient operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor performance, service levels, and issue escalation to ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinate daily logistics and 3PL activities to support store and eCommerce operations.
• Monitor stock flows, delivery discrepancies, and manage incident investigations.
• Manage KPI dashboards and oversee the full incident lifecycle from logging to resolution.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate updates to stores and leadership.
• Support operational readiness for store openings, relocations, and refurbishments.

About You

• 4+ years' experience in retail operations, supply chain coordination, or vendor management.
• Strong analytical capability with confidence interpreting operational data.
• Experience managing suppliers and SLAs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Skilled communicator with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools; experience with SAP or logistics systems is an advantage.
• A proactive, solutions‑focused self‑starter with strong accountability.
