About the role
Tallangatta Health Service is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our multi-disciplinary health care team.
Within this role you will effectively coordinate, implement and evaluate physiotherapy services across our community, acute and residential aged care services.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct consumer focused clinical assessments, treatment/ interventions and consultations
- Identify, document and establish clear consumer centred goals and plans, recognising the needs of our diverse community
- Implement treatment and intervention plans in consultation with the consumer
- Manage competing priorities to ensure delivery of clinically appropriate care, and responsibilities are met
- Facilitate smooth transition of consumers through the health system, ensuring continuity of care throughout
The successful candidate will be supported by an experienced Allied Health team, consisting of Physiotherapists, Podiatrist, Occupational Therapists, Dietitian, Social Worker and Allied Health Assistants.

We currently have a Permanent Part Time opportunity available offering:
- 3-4 days per week
- Days of work negotiable across Monday - Saturday
- Remuneration in line with the Allied Health Professional (Victorian Public Sector) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2026. Estimated hourly rate between $45-52, based on years of experience.

About you
- Passion for supporting consumers to live life to their potential.
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent with current AHPRA registration.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide written and verbal reports and commitment to continuous quality improvement and development.
- Demonstrated industry experience and practical working knowledge of the Allied Health Service, preferably in an Aged Care setting, is desirable but not essential.
