About the role

We are seeking an Administration Support Officer to join our Hotel Services team, providing specific support to the ongoing implementation of our Consumer Dining Experience, including the coordination and management of the ChefMax software system.

This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality meal service to residents by maintaining up-to-date dietary information and ensuring that daily menu processes run smoothly. Daily tasks include collating meal orders and managing recipes and menus within the ChefMax system.

Liaising with the broader catering and care teams, you will ensure that data is accurately updated and reflected across each step of the process, within both software systems and physical items such as meal labels.

The successful candidate will have strong computer skills and the ability to effectively manage information and databases. A background in Aged Care and an understanding of dietary requirements and considerations would be beneficial but not essential for this position.

This is a fixed-term, part-time opportunity:

  • Hours of work approx.1pm-5pm (4hr shifts)
  • Monday to Friday *
  • Fixed term period of 12 months.

*Please note there is the flexibility around the hours of work and number of days per week, including the ability to job-share.

About you

  • Administrative experience, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Motivated and able to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Advanced computer literacy skills across Microsoft Office suite. Experience with food management software systems, such as Chemfax is desirable, but not mandatory.
