About the role

We are seeking experienced or aspiring ANUMs to join our close knit and supportive team. This position is offered as a fixed-term parental leave contract (0.7–0.8 EFT), with strong potential for further opportunities during the tenure. To be successful, you will need to be available for all three shifts (AM, PM & Night) across the week/weekend, also stepping into the Afterhours Coordinator role, when required.

Working closely with the Nurse Manager (NUM), the ANUM plays a key leadership role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of clinical services and person-centred care within our Acute service or Residential Aged Care facility, stepping up in the Nurse Unit Manager’s absence.

As a smaller service, we offer a unique opportunity to take on meaningful leadership, broaden your experience across the organisation, and receive genuine support in your professional growth. Any additional ANUM vacancies that arise will be prioritised for internal applicants, providing a clear pathway to ongoing employment and career progression.
