Resources Safety and Health Queensland - ResHealth Product Manager, Occupational Health and Hygiene, AO8

The position is focussed on the management, development, customer support and maintenance of applications used by customers and staff to store, manage, analyse and complete coal miners' health assessments and supporting services.

Key Duties and Accountabilities

• Manage, develop and maintain ResHealth dynamics 365 portal and CRM
• Provide expert knowledge, recommendations and advice on technical and industry directions for Microsoft 365 and medical records.
• Maintain sound knowledge of ResHealth business, customer and legislative requirements to resolve issues and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and to utilise technologies.
• Lead, manage and plan features across ResHealth, resulting in projects delivered within budget, schedule and quality parameters.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships and partnerships with clients and service providers both internal and external to the agency and provision of policy and technical advice as required.
• Ensure product usability through:
• Product support;
• Product improvement;
• Product testing;
• Vendor management;
• Encouraging effective information management.
• Provide leadership and management to teams to ensure delivery of responsibilities.
• Monitor the risks associated with business systems.
• Conduct technical and commercial reviews of systems in the market and in use across other jurisdictions and industry for insight into future system enhancements.
• Work with Business System Owners to aid in their preparation of business cases, reports, submissions, briefings and correspondence relating to ResHealth.
