Billing & Licensing Co-ordinator

In this role, known internally as Billing and Licencing Specialist, you’ll be a key support to our busy Technology team. You’ll have a focus on creating, reconciling and receipting invoices as well as providing support for software licence expenditure, processing renewals and some hardware management.

We are looking for a proactive Administrator with strong attention to detail to join our team. This role would suit someone with previous administration experience, a strong team player and someone that is willing to learn new things.

Your working day will include tasks like:

  • Completing purchasing processes to ensure billing accuracy 
  • Assisting with contract administration and procurement for software license renewals and answering queries, liaising with suppliers (large and small).

Attitude is everything but to be truly successful in this role, you’ll also need:

To be process-driven, you'll complete tasks with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy, naturally taking a methodical and organised approach. 

You will need to be technologically savvy with accurate data entry skills and knowledge of google sheets or excel.

Experience in using TechnologyOne would be highly beneficial, though not essential as we’ll make sure we provide you with all of the support and training you need to set you up for success.
