CG Operator

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate team player to be part of creating moments that matter for our customers and our industry. Someone who can help us create informative, engaging racing and sports content plus an exciting physical betting experience for our viewers.

The CG / Graphics Operator provides all graphical information on a screen, for example, the betting information, tips, and results. Your work will enhance the viewing experience and influence our audience. Working closely with the Director and Producer you will compose and operate real-time graphic systems during our live on-air productions.

Based in our Parnell studio, you'll be joining a great team that will be there to fully support and guide you, you'll learn from the best. Working across a 7 day roster which includes weekends, public holidays and nights. Flexibility to work rotating shifts is required.

What we are looking for from you:-

• An interest in building a career in broadcasting or someone with a passion for Racing or Sports betting
• An ability to use / understand graphics technology would be highly beneficial
• Accurate and fast typing skills and general computer knowledge and operation
• Visual acuity – Graphic Operators must be able to organise information in an easy-to-understand format
• Detail-oriented, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
• The ability to think ahead, spot trends and predict what they will need to add next
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team
• Must be able to problem solve quickly and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to maintain focus while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
