About the role
This role provides high-level executive support to multiple Heads of Business and their leadership teams, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative Senior Management Support team. It requires a multi-skilled and adaptable approach, ensuring that support requests are delivered efficiently and professionally, while consistently driving exceptional client experience and helping achieve key business outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Deliver high-quality admin support to senior management.
- Prioritise and manage tasks across multiple Heads of Business.
- Assist with internal communications (newsletters, intranet, staff emails).
- Organise logistics for events, meetings, and roadshows.
- Draft and coordinate timely Ministerial responses via Government Relations.
- Improve admin processes for greater efficiency.
- Contribute to team planning, development, and coordination.
- Handle meeting logistics: scheduling, agendas, minutes.
- Oversee diary management, travel, and action tracking.
What you’ll have
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role with a strong track record of supporting executives and senior leaders, adept at multitasking and delivering clear, high-level communication.
- Skilled in navigating complex environments and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
- Proven ability to prepare sensitive and urgent reports, briefs, and presentations to required standards.
- Strong stakeholder engagement across internal and external groups with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Advanced Microsoft Suite experience, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Word skills; intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Experience in coordination of meeting, diary and email responsibilities.
- Demonstrated capability in managing travel coordination and associated expense requirements.
