12 Month Secondment Opportunity - Project Coordinator Role

Immediate Requirement.

Role Duration - From May 2026 to May 2027 (12 months)

Role Level – EA 13 -38 hrs/week

About the role

Project Coordinator will support the successful delivery of Enterprise project and projects through the provision of project of project coordination, governance and operational support, including reporting, risk and issue tracking, quality assurance and document management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver core PMO activities and deliverables for a large-scale program (risk and issue management, status reporting, resource onboarding, governance coordination, meeting management and benefits realisation coordination)
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end meeting processes (prepare high-quality meeting packs and pre-reads, capture accurate minutes with clear decisions and actions and track and follow up on actions, ensuring timely closure)
  • Assist in the preparation of cost forecasts, financial status reporting and cashflow analysis.
  • Maintain the document library (Document Management and Administration in SharePoint)
  • Build constructive working relationships with Project Managers and key stakeholders to support successful delivery of the project/program
  • Assist with resource coordination, including onboarding, offboarding and maintaining resource plans.
