Role Overview:

As a Production Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with the Head of Production and a talented team of PMs to deliver STC’s productions and co-productions to the highest artistic and technical standards.

Contract Production Managers will partner with creative teams to realise their artistic vision, overseeing the delivery of all technical and design elements within agreed budgets, schedules, and parameters. Working closely with the Head of Production and Head of Technical Operations, you’ll ensure the effective use of people, resources, and systems to bring each production to life safely and efficiently.

Production Managers also play a key role in communication and reporting, providing accurate and timely information to the Director of Technical & Production, Head of Production and Producers to support informed decision-making across the company.
