Role Overview: 

The Group & Specialty Ticketing Lead is a dynamic and customer-focused professional responsible for managing all non-standard ticketing requirements across the organisation. This includes overseeing ticketing for groups, schools, tour operators, VIPs, and fulfilling internal ticketing needs for departments and special events such as opening nights. The role combines strategic sales generation with operational excellence, ensuring seamless ticketing experiences for both external clients and internal stakeholders.

Contract and Hours of Work: 

This is a permanent full-time role; the usual hours of work are 38 hours week Monday to Sunday. You will be required to work in accordance with the prescribed roster for your role. This involves regular night and weekend work in accordance with our opening night schedule.

Selection Criteria:

  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, meet revenue targets, and grow client bases
  • Background in ticketing, sales, or customer experience within the arts, entertainment, or events sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Understanding of donor engagement and VIP servicing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client liaison and internal coordination
  • High-level service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with ticketing platforms and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with internal ticketing workflows and stakeholder management Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure
