Role Overview:
The Producer works closely with the Senior Producer to develop and deliver STC’s domestic touring program, coordinate co-productions with peer theatre companies, and line produce a number of mainstage productions each year across STC’s venues at the Wharf, Roslyn Packer Theatre and the Drama Theatre, Sydney Opera House.

What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience in theatre producing including budget control, production logistics, and liaison with co-producers.
- Experience developing and managing tours and/or musical theatre is highly desirable.
- Experience in drafting contracts and contract administration.
- Positive interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully interact with professional associates, employees, and sponsors.
- A willingness to self-direct and prioritise workload in a busy work environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, process management, and systematic approach to work.
- A dynamic approach to problem-solving.
- Solution orientated with a willingness to ‘get the job’ done.
- An appreciation of the art form of theatre, especially in an Australian context.
