Role Overview:
As Campaigns Coordinator – Philanthropy & Partnerships you will play an important role in the team, supporting the Annual Giving Campaigns Manager and the Head of Partnerships in the creation of dynamic, cross channel campaigns that will deepen engagement with Sydney Theatre Company’s donors and sponsors. You’ll dive into donor insights to uncover trends and transform data into smart, impactful strategies that drive fundraising success. If you are data savvy, highly-organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers the chance to help shape impactful campaigns that drive support for Sydney Theatre Company.

What We're Looking For:
- Relevant experience in a marketing, fundraising or data analyst role
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent analytical, logical, conceptual and problem-solving skills. The ability to analyse and interpret large, complex datasets and to translate findings into actionable insights
- Confidence and proficiency using CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools. Knowledge of Tessitura is desirable
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Strong writing and communication skills that can engage donors and sponsors
