Role Overview:
This role is responsible for the daily operation of IT systems, team leadership, vendor management, and the alignment of technology with business needs. The IT Operations Manager acts as a bridge between technical teams and senior management, driving continuous improvement and supporting digital transformation initiatives as outlined in the Technology Operating Model Review.
Working at STC:
- This is a full time 2 year contract role, generally Monday to Friday, with occasional after-hours work (TOIL provided under STC guidelines).
- Based at the STC Wharf Offices, with travel to other sites as required.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in IT operations management, preferably in the arts or creative sector
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and vendor management
- Ability to manage budgets, projects, and change initiatives
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) preferred
