Food and Beverage Attendant

We are looking for a talented Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will provide excellent customer service and curate memorable dining experiences for our guests across breakfast, in-room dining, dinner and bar services. This role offers the opportunity to develop your hospitality skills and experience across flexible hours and a varied roster.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional service with a smile
• Taking food and drink orders and providing table service
• Preparing cocktails, beers, wines and spirits to order
• Making barista-quality coffee
• Providing à la carte style service
• Assisting with bar and in-room dining services
• Working flexible hours as needed
• Supporting all Food and Beverage departments enthusiastically

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Prior experience in hospitality roles such as Food and Beverage, Bar or Barista
• Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Excellent organisation and a flexible, diligent work ethic
• A current RSA certificate for NSW
• Legal working rights in Australia
