Offering 176 rooms and a relaxed restaurant and lobby bar, we are located centrally offering a quintessential Sydney experience. 

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a skilled Casual Cook at Sydney Harbour Hotel to join our busy kitchen, where you will be inspired to produce the highest quality food experience for our guests both with a flair and passion for great flavors and presentation coupled with an ambition for maintaining high standards in a safe and productive environment.

  • Breakfast Service - drive guest satisfaction by delivering a great early morning culinary experience
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and engagement
  • Assist with workplace health and safety procedures
  • Manage stock levels and stock orders

Responsibilities, Skills and experience:

We are seeking a Casual Cook that has a passion for food and who are driven and creative:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Academic achievement with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery 
  • We have Shifts available on Sunday to Wednesday Mornings 8.00 am -1.00 pm
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a strong commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
  • A healthy respect for workplace health and safety practices and procedures
