About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver and assess our fully online Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping. In this role, you’ll guide and support students through their learning journey, leveraging your real-world expertise to bring the course content to life.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Engaging Students: Supporting learners within the LMS, delivering webinars, creating FAQs, and driving interaction aligned with our engagement strategy.
• Training and Assessment: Conducting online delivery, marking assessments and providing constructive feedback
• Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Supporting student cases and feedback, ensuring training practices align with compliance requirements, and contributing to course and service improvements.

About You

You’re a passionate educator who wants to make a real impact. You will bring:

• A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
• A qualification in Accounting/Bookkeeping at least one AQF level higher than the Certificate IV.
• Minimum three years’ recent industry experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• Strong knowledge of MYOB and/or Xero software.
• A commitment to online education delivery and supporting student success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current industry knowledge and VET sector understanding.
