The role:
We’re currently seeking Agitator Drivers to join our Hazelmere-based team, supporting a busy and well-established concrete operation across the Perth metro area. You’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of concrete to residential and commercial sites. Your day will involve multiple loads between plant and site, working to delivery schedules while maintaining high safety and presentation standards.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced driver - or someone newly licensed - who is looking for consistent hours, strong earning potential, and long-term stability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering concrete across metro routes (generally within 1 hour radius)
- Conducting pre-start checks and basic vehicle upkeep
- Washing down and maintaining a clean, presentable truck
- Using onboard tablets to log deliveries and report any issues
- Working collaboratively with batchers, schedulers, and site teams
This role offers consistent, full days with plenty of overtime available.
- Monday to Friday roster + Saturday work available
- Strong pipeline of work – drivers are kept busy throughout their shift
About you:
We’re open to training the right person - attitude matters more than experience. To be successful, you’ll have:
- HR Licence and a White Card (essential)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to pass medical and driving history checks
- Strong reliability and punctuality
Highly regarded:
- Agitator or concrete industry experience
- Experience working on construction or building sites
- Stable work history
