We’re on the hunt for a Digital Product Owner – Demand to play a pivotal role in shaping how our brands attract, engage, and convert customers across the entire Super Retail Group portfolio.
In this role, you’ll lead the vision and development of our shared demand‑generation capabilities, building the systems, platforms, and data foundations that power smarter, more scalable growth.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Product, you’ll own and evolve the demand product roadmap—spotting opportunities, solving complex problems, and unlocking performance through world‑class digital capability.

What You’ll Do
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Owning and managing the demand product roadmap, aligning priorities to business goals and digital commerce strategy.
- Building and evolving shared demand generation capabilities, including audience frameworks, product feeds, attribution and measurement, and technical SEO / GEO capabilities.
- Working in close partnership with Senior Manager, Performance Marketing roles across each brand to understand performance challenges and translate them into platform and capability improvements.
- Enabling Performance Marketing teams to improve ROI on ad spend through better demand systems, tooling and data
- Monitoring the efficacy of demand capabilities and drive continuous optimisation and improvement.
- Using data and insights to make evidence-based decisions that drive measurable commercial and customer outcomes.
- Staying ahead of emerging trends in digital engagement, personalisation, and eCommerce innovation to keep Super Retail Group at the forefront of retail technology.
What You’ll Bring
Success in this role requires solid experience in digital demand generation and performance marketing, or a background in digital product ownership where you’ve built capabilities that drive measurable growth.
In addition, you will have:
- A solid understanding of paid media, SEO, feeds, attribution and measurement, with a systems and capability mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work across large, complex organisations and influence a wide range of stakeholders through a collaborative and consultative approach.
- Experience in leading cross-functional digital teams in an Agile, data-informed environment.
- Strategic mindset—able to balance commercial goals with customer experience excellence.
