Talent Acquisition Business Partner - 12 Month Parental Leave Contract

  • 12 Month contract
  • Hybrid role minimum 2 days a week office attendance.

We are looking for a dedicated and professional volume recruiter to join our team on a 12 month contract. You will work with a team who are as passionate about their work and our brands. About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional volume recruiter to come in and hit the ground running.

As a business we believe in flexible working, this role will be available as a hybrid role, working out of our Strathpine Support Office north of Brisbane with plentiful free onsite parking. Talk to us about your flexible working needs.

You will be responsible for advertising, sourcing, screening and identifying suitable talent to fulfill numerous vacancies and support in offer management. You will enjoy exceeding your stakeholders' expectations, provide candidate care, strong follow-up, accuracy in your work and a high attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting within a high volume environment
  • Proven ability to achieve targets within tight timeframes
  • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism when dealing with candidates
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Strong resilience and ability to take on a challenge
  • A high level of self-motivation
  • Outstanding and reliable work ethic
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft office and Excel
  • Willingness to learn
