You'll partner with leaders across our iconic brands (rebel, Supercheap Auto, BCF and Macpac) to attract top talent, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and help build high-performing teams that keep our business moving forward. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through to offer, across retail, distribution, and contact centre roles.
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience and ensure best-practice recruitment standards are consistently applied.
- Uphold best-practice recruitment processes, ensuring compliance, consistency, and quality in every hire while continuously seeking areas for improvement.
- Actively support diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
About You
- A natural relationship-builder with recruitment experience in a fast-paced retail environments
- Confident managing high-volume recruitment and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Solutions-focused, resilient, and energised by working in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using ATS platforms and highly capable with Microsoft Office; experience with HumanForce (formerly LiveHire) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering a seamless, professional candidate journey.
- A collaborative team player who brings energy, ideas, and a strong customer-first mindset.
Bonus Points
- Certificate IV or higher in HR or Business Administration.
- Experience recruiting within Retail, Supply Chain, or Contact Centre environments.
