ABOUT THE ROLE - Location: Sydney or Brisbane

We are dedicated to delivering value to our shareholders, customers, and the community. As we continue to grow and navigate the dynamic retail market landscape, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Board Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Board of Directors, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and board papers.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure the company’s adherence to ASX listing rules, corporate governance standards, and legal requirements.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage board meetings, committee meetings, and shareholder meetings, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
  • Communication: Act as the liaison between the board, executive management, and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and information dissemination.
  • Records Management: Maintain and manage corporate records and documentation with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

 

ABOUT YOU

You will be an experienced and polished Administrator who is able to expertly navigate a corporate environment and boards at the most senior level. Your extensive and diverse experience will include:

  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Extensive experience in a similar administrative role within an ASX listed company or equivalent corporate environment.
  • Solutions focused with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
  • Polished, dynamic communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Critical thinker with an eagle eye for detail whilst multi-tasking
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills across Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
