Group Workforce Performance Analyst | Transform Insights into ActionHybrid

In this role, you’ll turn complex workforce trends into actionable insights that shape cost optimisation, productivity, diversity, and long-term workforce planning. You’ll influence key decisions, solve challenging problems, and drive real business impact through data. 

What You’ll Do…

• Architect Workforce Reporting & Analytics: Lead the development and governance of enterprise workforce reporting and analytics frameworks.
• Transform Data into Action: Provide expert analysis and visualisation of people data, turning complex trends into actionable recommendations.
• Guide Executive Decisions: Deliver insights to support executive decision-making across workforce planning, cost management, absenteeism, diversity, and more.
• Ensure Compliance & Transparency: Oversee statutory and external workforce reporting obligations (WGEA, GRI, DJSI, HRRC, Modern Slavery).
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in reporting efficiency, data integration, and compliance dashboards.
• Influence Strategy as a Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing strategy with data-driven insights. 

What You’ll Bring…

• Experienced in workforce analytics, compliance reporting, or workforce planning.
• Skilled in Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and managing large-scale data systems.
• A strong problem solver who can balance detail with strategic thinking.
• Confident in influencing senior stakeholders and translating complex data into clear insights.
• Curious, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement.
