ABOUT THE ROLE 

Join us as a Omni Full Stack Developer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our systems while providing top-tier support to various stakeholders. Your responsibilities encompass a range of critical tasks that contribute to our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will have the opportunity to work on a varied and diverse array of projects, including front and back-end development on our core websites and infrastructure. You will work on not just maintenance of our existing applications but also exciting new developments for our brand websites. You can work on improving our DevOps infrastructure if your interest lies there and be involved in several initiatives to upgrade our platforms to the latest technologies.  

  • Use Acceptance Criteria to design technical solutions that work within our overall system Key Responsibilities: architecture.
  • Plan and build Unit Tests to continually increase the quality of development activity.
  • Participate in the full lifecycle site development, including document creation, development, browser and device compatibility testing, release, and bug-fixing.
  • Peer review code and provide actionable feedback to improve the suitability, efficiency, and integration of code into the code base.
  • Actively troubleshoot and support applications in production critical environments.
  • Work proactively with QA/Test Teams to ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and support for web platforms.

ABOUT YOU 

The successful candidate will bring the following experience and skills to the role:

  • An intermediate to senior level developer proficient in JavaScript and ECMAScript will be required.  
  • Object-oriented programming principles and design patterns will be familiar to you. 
  • Ideally, you should have knowledge of the components of e-commerce, such as users, products and catalogues, pricing, inventory, and payments. 
  • A working knowledge of git source control and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams. 
  • The ability to use tools such as NPM, Webpack, and Gulp.js during the development process.
  • Experience developing web services using SOAP and REST.
  • It is preferred that you have experience with the .net framework.
